Our Attorneys Eva Marie Mancuso, admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts was granted the distinction of admission by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist. This distinction is granted after having litigated many civil jury trials, on recommendations by the judiciary and fellow attorneys and after a written examination. Ms. Mancuso is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Suffolk University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mancuso served as an Assistant District Attorney for Bristol County Massachusetts and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Rhode Island. Ms. Mancuso is a past Governor for the American Association for Justice formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is past president of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association. Collins is a founding partner of the firm who was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1981.Mr. Collins is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Collins concentrates in handling cases involving serious automobile accidents, product liability, premises liability and wrongful death claims. He also litigates Workers' Compensation cases. Jacqueline Risch is a litigation associate with the firm and has been representing individuals in serious personal injury and death claims for over 20 years. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Waxler was an Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County, where he practiced in the New Bedford, Fall River, Taunton and Attleboro Courts.
