David H. Waxler is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Waxler served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County, MA and Chief of the Major Crimes Task Force. He coordinated and prosecuted many high profile complex cases. Mr. Waxler has written and taught in Massachusetts on various tort and trial issues. Mr. Waxler is the Head Litigation Partner handling complex litigation matters involving catastrophically injured people. He has successfully resolved many seven-figure results.

John L. Collins is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Collins concentrates in workers compensation and personal injury cases. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, and Suffolk University Law School.

Eva Marie Mancuso, admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts was granted the distinction of admission by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist. This distinction is granted after having litigated many civil jury trials, on recommendations by the judiciary and fellow attorneys and after a written examination. Ms. Mancuso is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Suffolk University Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mancuso served as an Assistant District Attorney for Bristol County Massachusetts and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Rhode Island. Ms. Mancuso is a past Governor for the American Association for Justice formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is past president of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association. She serves as Managing Partner of the Rhode Island offices.

Sean P. Feeney was first admitted to practice law in 1984. Mr. Feeney is currently licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts of Rhode Island and is also licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois. Mr. Feeney is a partner in the firm, and first joined Hamel, Waxler, Allen & Collins in 1991. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Feeney was a special counsel to the City of Providence, served on active duty as a trial counsel/military prosecutor with the United States Marine Corps, and held an appointment as Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California.
